Customized Data Translation for Real World Impact

Zenro Link deployed a customized interoperability framework built on FHIR R4/R5 standards from Health Level Seven International. At the core was a multilingual semantic translation layer that harmonized terminology, mapped regional code sets into standardized FHIR resources, and resolved patient identities through a federated Master Person Index. Data was normalized into a secure, scalable FHIR repository for cross-border insight, but partitioned to respect regional governance and privacy requirements. This allowed the organization to generate high-fidelity, population-level intelligence without compromising local control.
Critically, the solution was bidirectional. After normalization and analysis, Zenro Link converted data back into each country’s preferred formats, languages, and workflow requirements — whether via APIs, SMART on FHIR integrations, or structured exports. The result was centralized intelligence with localized usability: faster onboarding of new regions, reduced custom integration work, stronger compliance posture, and a sustainable path to true interoperability across diverse healthcare ecosystems.
